Shipping Policy

The ordered items will be sent within three working days. They are sent by post and securely wrapped.

The goods are sent free of charge and, if desired, packaged as a gift.

Please specify in the comment column when ordering, if gift wrapping is desired.

For more information on availability, returns, etc., please read the terms and conditions.

Customers have 20 calendar days to return goods or claim defects. The return postage is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract up to 20 calendar days after placing the order and to claim his money back.
